Why Visahozz exists
Civil society organizations do important work. Administrative paperwork should not be what slows them down.
A gap in operational support
Organizations of the civil society sector in Mexico face a specific challenge. They need to maintain administrative order to comply with CLUNI requirements, manage donations transparently, and meet their SAT obligations. But they are not accounting firms. They are organizations focused on their mission.
Hiring a full-time accountant is often not practical or necessary. Asking their mission-focused staff to handle complex administrative documentation takes time away from the work that matters most. The result is administrative backlogs, missing documentation, and stress around compliance deadlines.
Visahozz was created to address that operational gap. Not as an accounting service, and not as a legal firm. As an administrative consulting service focused specifically on the documentary and procedural needs of OSC and civil associations.

This is worth saying plainly. Visahozz is not an accounting firm, does not provide tax advice, and does not offer legal services. We do not file declarations or submit reports on behalf of organizations.
